If you are a VENDOR and would like to participate as an Exhibitor for the Vendor Fair, please download the registration form by clicking the button below. The registration form must be completed and emailed to Stoney Orth. Also, we have several Sponsorship Opportunities for the Vendor Fair if you are interested. Attendance for the Vendor Fair is open to all NSIA members, and all qualifying prospects seeking NSIA membership. This includes: all Employers, TPAs, Nurse Case Managers, Professional Providers and Employer Attorneys.
